Terms & Conditions

Project Initiation

Software development, consulting and digital services commence only after the agreed advance payment has been received.

Payments

Projects may require advance payments and milestone-based payments. Sarsha Technology reserves the right to pause work on overdue invoices until payment is received.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required content, credentials, approvals, feedback and information necessary to complete the project.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. Ownership of source code, designs, documents and deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.

Third-Party Services

Hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, domains, APIs, payment gateways and third-party software remain subject to their own pricing and terms.

Limitation of Liability

Sarsha Technology shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.


Refund Policy

Refund requests, if any, must be submitted within 15 calendar days of project termination or identification of a material service issue. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, shall be limited only to the value of undelivered services. Completed work, delivered source code, consultation services and project milestones that have already been accepted or delivered remain non-refundable.

Advance Payments

Advance payments become non-refundable once project work has commenced.

Refund Requests

Refund requests, if any, must be submitted within 15 calendar days of final project delivery. Approval of any refund request remains at the sole discretion of Sarsha Technology after reviewing the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

Partial Refunds

Where appropriate, Sarsha Technology may provide a partial refund for undelivered portions of work that have not yet been completed.
